Wait till tomorrow: Anxiety/depression CAN make you "foregetful" but not labrynthitis. At any rate, you'd be surprised how much your brain is PAYING ATTENTION even when YOU'RE NOT. What may be a blur now due to other things on your plate will be much more accessible and clear to you in the morning when your brain has organized things a bit for you. Be patient. YES: Both anxiety and depression can affect your ability to think straight and muddle your recollection.
