I feel a lot like i have adhd (attention deficit kind). i match all of the symptoms (forgetfulness, inattention, zoning out, sadness, info dumping, fidgeting, etc). i cant get medically diagnosed. is it acceptable to self diagnose at this point?

Those symptoms seem consistent with adult ADHD but they may be present in some other behavior problems as well. A second opinion or a psychiatric consult may be needed.

It is not acceptable to self diagnose. Why can’t you get ‘medically diagnosed? More information is necessary.
