Joint pain?: Your symptoms could reflect a mechanical arthritis, possibly footwear related. I would try warm soaks, Ibuprofen 400-600 mg 4x/day awaiting to see a podiatrist. Bring the shoes you wear everyday and any in which you had prolonged use prior to noticing the symptoms. High heels should be avoided!
