A member asked:

The inside of my right foot randomly starts visibly throbbing/beating and i can feel it really strongly and see it moving just in that one spot. is this anything i should be worried about and what is it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Irritable: This is a muscle twitching which is usually caused by irritability of a superficial nerve or actual irritability of the muscle itself. Since this is not a generalized irritability affecting other parts of your body, most likely isn't due to deficiencies of calcium or magnesium. I expect this irritability to resolve on its own. You can see your MD or a neurologist if you're still concerned.
