Irritable: This is a muscle twitching which is usually caused by irritability of a superficial nerve or actual irritability of the muscle itself. Since this is not a generalized irritability affecting other parts of your body,most likely isn't due to deficiencies of calcium or magnesium. I expect this irritability to resolve on its own. You can see your MD or a neurologist if you're still concerned.
