My right leg feels heavy when i walk. it feels like there's a throbbing pulse(no pain) in my right thigh, hip flexor, and both calves.

Claudication : It sounds like you have either neurogenic or vascular claudication, or possibly radiculopathy from a disc herniation and nerve root compression. I would recommend a number I and vascular studies to determine the diagnosis. I would also ask you to examine any change in activities such as prolong sitting or changes to your exercise regimen.
