feels like blood rushing through my ear when i press the pulse on my neck. normal?also pulse of foot do not pulsate the exact same time as my neck do?

Distance: Unless one has legs about the length of a long neck (like a giraffe, but this is never the case in a human), his pulse will hit the neck before it hits the foot, even if he brings his foot up to his head. It's like stomping on a garden hose... The pressure waves takes time to travel.
