Foot pain: You don't say whether this is the sole of the foot or the top of the foot. If it is the sole of the foot and it is tender, it is most likely Plantar fasciitis. This often responds to custom insoles, or some people report pain relief with the gel-filled insoles. Topical use of the prescription Voltaren (diclofenac) gel is great.
