Gastritis?: The lack of response to standard treatment is of concern. There are many questions that need to be answered: have you undergone endoscopy (scope into stomach) and duodenum (small intestine); are you pregnant? Further testing may be indicated, depending on the results of the endoscopy. A more rare, but possible condition, could be a diverticular hernia (an intestinal congenital diverticulum).
