Bile: I am not sure what your prescriber wrote Nexium (esomeprazole) and carafate for. I am assuming it is for a peptic ulcer. Depending where is it may be your problem. If it is located at or near your pyloric sphincter, it may block that opening from closing properly and allowing bile reflux. Make sure if possible to eat a low fat diet. Ingested fats most commonly produces more bile and may aggravate you.
