Yes but unlikely: Usually radiation treatment to pelvis , chemotherapy results in infertility , as you had chemo at a young age , ( ovaries may not developed ) possible you may be ovulating , if you are ovulating , yes your need birth control , although is unlikely , speak to your gynecologist
