Very common: All narcotic drugs currently available for use in chronic pain may have some troublesome side effects. However, as with all medications and surgical interventions, the relative benefits must be balanced with the relative risks involved. Scientific evidence suggests that prolonged, high dose opioids therapy may not be effective or safe.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
