Myofascial pain: You could have strained a muscle which has led to muscle spasm/tightness. However make sure it's not referred pain , i.e. From biliary colic due to gallstones.

Go to ER: Considering your age possibilities include cardiac origin. Muscle strains won't hurt you, but cardiac events can. Best to have this type of pain checked out immediately. If you also have shortness of breath, call 911.
