Stabbing pain: More information is needed : did you have any extra activity / exercise / crushing injury to upper back, any extra lifting of objects over the past days, did you experience other associated symptoms with the pain (sweating, problems breathing, dizziness, nausea, severe headache, chest pain), have you used any medicine...
