See surgeon ASAP: While you have had recent surgery and it would not be uncommon to have some post-operative pain, it is best to contact your surgeon or go to the er. If there is any concern, or abnormal blood tests or worsening of symptoms, an ultrasound or other tests may be helpful in determining the cause. The most concerning complications would be bile duct injury or pancreatitis from the cholecystectomy.
