Extreme gas & trapped under right ribs for 4 days (stabbing feeling when breathing in) extreme constipation, used many meds & only little relief from enema. pain in shoulder blades. had gallbladder removed 2 years ago. no vomiting. barely any nausea?

To alleviate constipation : You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
