Multiple times a week after dinner i get extremely bad pain in upper abdomen under both sides of ribs and end up vomiting. after vomiting i feel fine. i dont have my gallbladder anymore?

If pain is relieved after vomit, stomach disease is strongly suspected. If you are diabetic, you probably have gastroparesis (lazy stomach). Other stomach problems such as gastritis and ulcer or pancreatic disease may occur after meal time (postprandial) but pain due to pancreatic disease is less likely subsided after emesis.
