What??!!: Not being able to hear properly (pardon the above pun) and ear pain could mean you have fluid in your middle ear. If there are bacteria growing in that fluid, then you would also have an ear infection. No way to know for sure unless someone looks in there. In the interim, you may get some relief from chewing gum or popping your ears, maneuvers much as you would do if flying and ears plug up.

SEE A DOCTOR!!: Your combination of symptoms is a bit alarming. Hearing deficit, numb teeth, and abnormal body sensations all suggest some form of neurological issue, most likely in the central nervous system (brain) as both hearing and teeth nerves originate in the cranium (skull/head/brain). You should see a physician asap and be evaluated. Good luck!
