Hearing issue: You may have a wax build up in your ears or an infection. Please see your doc ASAP. He/she can clean your ears and if infected try to manage the situation before damage. Peace and good health.

Ear wax stuck in ear? I took a shower last night and i still have some sort of water/wax buildup impairing my hearing in my left ear. I tried dropping rubbing alcohol in it and using an expired tube of debrox, but no luck, yet also no physical pain.
Head rush upon standing from my desk at work. Doesn't happen at home or when I wake up. After a few seconds of standing, it feels like blood rushing to head, even hearing is affected. Happened for years now. 4 bottles of water a day.
