Wax impaction: You likely have a wax deposit that is impacted against your eardrum. A doctor can remove it. Ear drops that dissolve wax can be tried but they are often not that successful.

See doctor please : You may have otitis externa (swimmers ear) or something stuck in the ear canal (a foreign body). Don’t stick anything in your ear please and have it looked at. Have you been swimming recently? you should not wear headphones or earbuds until this resolves
