When i chew i hear this popping sound in my ear now am not if it's my ears or teeth/jaws as this happens only when am chewing. what could be the cause and do i need to be concerned as i am feeling no pain in my jaws or ears.

Most common: Most common cause is a displaced disc in your jaw joint. Please see your General Dentist about this. He/she will either treat you or refer you to a Dentist with experience treating TMJ Dysfunction
