Got hit with a very pointy object in my left ear which caused hearing loss and unbalance and conigitive functions. can feel tear in ear. not eardrum. getting tickling sensation in left ear. bone right above ear aches. all left body parts weak?

I trust you have been evaluated and advised by an ENT specialist for this serious injury. You still may have sustained ear drum or even inner ear damage. If you haven't been examined by a specialist, do so. If you already have, you may want to get an opinion from a Neuro otologist at a department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you.
