Glad you asked: I trust you've discovered that despite all the "pop" claims and grandstanding, even being a vegan doesn't guarantee weight loss. There's no magic. Count your calories as best you can, avoid the greasy / salty / sugary stuff, eat only to satisfy hunger rather than as solice or entertainment, and get with a group of friendly people who exercise.
