Can eating vegan and gluten free facilitate weight loss?

Yes: You can eat more foods with a lower glycemic index and lose weight. You can also eat a lot of "junk' vegan foods and not lose weight. The key is to watch fat intake, as it has a higher calorie per gram factor.Generally if you go vegetarian or vegan, you can lose weight. But add excercise.
