Exercise: The average person works, takes care of chores, and some even chase kids and do errands. Still, this doesn't amount to regular, daily, sustained exercise. We are creatures designed to run away from saber tooth tigers. We don't do that anymore. But we still need regular daily exercise to be healthy. Research suggests its 10, 000 steps a day. That's basically 25 min a day walking.
