Could any exercise make me tall?

No: you stopped growing when your growth plates sealed over in your late teens and you will not get any taller.

No.: At your age, you've grown all you'd be expected to grow, and no exercise will make you taller. If you're leaner you may appear taller, but you can't actually make yourself grow. Sorry.
