Exercise: The best exercise is the one you will do. See your doc to make sure you are healthy enough to exercise and then begin w/a brisk walk daily for 20 minutes. You can up the time and the speed as you wish. Boredom stops people so consider using earphone for books, music, etc. Peace and good health.
