My ekg sinus rhythm, hr was 83, pr 140, qrs 82, qtc 418, axis normal, no acute ischemia noted it was reviewed again and say sinus rhythm, normal axis, t wave inversion in the septal leads, consider ischemia whats this mean 2019 ekg was normal?

"T wave inversion suggestive of ischemia" should be evaluated by a cardiologist, who may order a stress test and ECHO to determine the cause.
