Whatever the type,: This is not easy but it is possible and ultimately a decision only you can make. I guess you don't think you can just say - 'stop!' if the company is large enough for a gym, there should be an hr director in personnel. Ask them for general practice guidelines. Move ahead as you feel comfortable. Whistleblowers are needed but often get hurt a bit in the process. Thank you for your courage.
