Schizoid: The disturbance you are describing would likely lead to isolation, withdrawal and possible distorted thinking under stress. This type of adaptation to stress can usually be helped with psychotherapy. Best wishes.

This is rare: Schizoid people tend to be introverts. They may be fine with this. Others might not appreciate it and may exert pressure to be different. I imagine the person would feel unfairly attacked and - not liking to emotional interaction, they'd withdraw even more. Or blowup. If you are spd (it is rare) and have a therapist or someone who does understand you - perhaps they can help as a go between. Best!

Personality disorder: It would not be appropriate to answer this. Diagnoses are very particular and often misapplied. Worry more about the behavior ; what's causing it and what can be done to help the person feel better; note i said feel better and not behave better. If they feel better though behave better
