How do i handle problems about my job?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Job stress: Confide in a close colleague you trust or a friend or family member you trust and try to develop a strategy for coping more effectively. If possible speak directly to the people you are experiencing conflict with, be calm, direct and tactful and hopefully you will be able to solve the problem. If not consult a professional career counselor. Best wishes.
