Radio Head: This is what I do: I listen to the radio with ear buds or head phones. I have a little portable and listen to talk radio with topics that interest me. Sometimes music, if it is engaging and I can really focus on it. Any time I need to get out of my own thoughts.Especially at night in bed before going to sleep so I'm not up all night thinking. Also, combining the radio with exercise helps even more
