Let them flow: Let the anxious thoughts flow in and out as you focus on something meaningful or specific. Do not try too hard to block or repressing them. They get mad and just jump around and try to get back in your conscience and take over. A jaunty walk swim in your arms and breathing deeply is a great way as you bring your focus that you're walking and breathing.
