Fibromyalgia: I recommend you work with a doctor who has experience working with fibromyalgia patients. I recommend you do an elimination diet, especially of gluten and dairy. Exercise. Have your hormones checked, too.

Keep weight down. Start physical rehabilitation in a warm water environment to reduce gravity and relax muscles. Once strength for water physical therapy has increased return to land for regular walks to strengthen the body tower against the gravity field. Yoga and Tai Chi can enhance the improvements. Melatonin for sleep.
