Yes: That's why it's called a remission. For example, between lupus flareups, the CBC and chemical profile are likely to be normal and even the lupus panels may be in normal range though the diagnostic antibodies tend to stay present.

Got tested (urine, blood, ultrasound) and came negative for any disease. Doc said i might have epididymitis because of cold i got. Im still worried.
Rheu Arth appt nx month. PCP ordered RA test came less than 14. Autoimmune disease came out neg. I understand RA doc do more in depth blood tests for RA. Any chance they will come out positive? MRI on wrist show inflammation. Fell 5,6 times wrists?
