Stick with your DR: Strict gluten-free diet + treatment of thyroid will eventually help you.

Challenging issues: You have some serious issues that involve an important metabolic gland (thyroid) and your immune system via your gut! both of those problems can cause fatigue. A primary care physician is most likely able to coordinate and direct your care, as any subspecialist will focus on a limited number of organs or groups of diseases. Good luck.

Holistic doctor: The type of doctor most likely to be knowledgeable in assessing and treating chronic fatigue, celiac disease and thyroid imbalances is one trained and certified in holistic medicine. To find a doctor certified by the american board of holistic integrative medicine go to http://www.Abihm.Org/search-doctors fortunately, there are at least a dozen such doctors in the phoenix/scottsdale area.
