Yes see Rheum: Agree that seeing a Rheumatologist is most appropriate if you have a positive ANA. Diagnosing lupus or other autoimmune disorders is based not only on +ANA but the entire clinical picture, i.e., other symptoms and lab tests that may need to be checked. Agree other symptoms that are typical of lupus or other connective tissue disease are joint pains, fatigue, mouth sores, sun sensitivity, etc.
