Need repeat MRI: You need to call the surgeon or pain management person who did the procedure. They might need to repeat an MRI to check for an irritated nerve from the procedure. Less likely to be from infection or bleeding. Sounds most like C6 or C7 that's affected. Hopefully, pain will subside within a short period of time.
