BP varies through da: Your BP varies throughout the day depending on exercise, stress, etc. Your BP of 128/73 is not high. We know that systolic BP over 130 and diastolic BP over 80 will have increased rates of cardiovascular disease.Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day 6 days and week and eat a balanced diet of vegetables, fruits and chicken, fish and red meat on occasion.
