Blood pressure meds: When your lower number (diastolic) of your blood pressure is high- you probably have hypertension and should be on a blood pressure medication. Caffeine should be avoided- anytime but particularly when hypertensive. Getting rest may help, but please see your health care professional for follow up and stay on your medication.
