My lower legs and feet have been getting dark in color. a general md at my dialysis told me to get it checked. do i need to visit an er or can it wait?

Can wait.: If you are on dialysis you should discuss with your kidney doc and or your primary care doc. Urochromes and breakdown products of your red blood cells can cause this. It is also possible that you have some venous congestion and venous stasis dermatitis although would be unusual in your age group.
