Lately my diastolic pressure's high -- 90 to 95 -- but my systolic pressure's okay, 115 to 130. my diet needs improvement but my bmi's about 20 and i walk a couple miles most days. any advice?

Higher dbp: Any family history of high blood pressure? Usually in young people the diastolic blood pressure is higher than systolic in hypertensive patient. If you do not have a history of HTN i would reccomend you to check it a couple of times per week , if the diastolic BP is higher than 90 you might need 24 h BP monitoring to confirm hypertension.
