Good start: Congrats, yes that would help, but keep it up, it would help more if you watch your diet, till you see a dietician: drink more plain water, consume more fiber, fresh fruits and vegetables, sleep well, a visit to your doctor for routine health maintenance is recommended too, wish you wellness
