No: If you are using a digital electronic BP monitor your results may not be as accurate as using a stethoscope with a sphygmomanometer(have it checked against your doctors machine). Your average BP was 132/72. If your average systolic stays over 130 over a period of several wks it would be called "Pre-Hypertension". BP of 140 or more systolic or 90 or more diastolic = "Hypertension". *see comments

High BP?: high BP is diagnosed by a series of careful measurements or days or weeks. Always use accurate device, sit 5 min, take 3 discard first. If this average above 140/90 or more then see a Dr and discuss.
