It won't happen: Healthy sustainable weight loss is accomplished gradually over a prolonged period. You propose to do no exercise, which eliminates one possible way to increase weight loss. Your 20 kg goal equates to 132000 kcal or 4400 kcal/day for 30 days of loss, which is not possible.You need to get with a physician and see what your system could handle then work with a nutritionist to get there.
