Common problem: Recurrent ingrown toenails is a very common problem. It's not your fault it's probably hereditary. See your local area podiatrist. Podiatrists do permanent corrections for this problem every day. No incision no stitches no downtime. Quit living with this problem.

Get them trimmed: They are probably just incurvated and difficult for you to trim. Getting them done by a Podiatrist maybe be very simple for the doc and probably painless for you if that's the case
