I had an ingrown in my second toenail i thought i got it out because i couldnt feel pain anymore so i would soak my foot. its been about 2 months later. the side of my toe is still swollen and the skin around it is darker but theres no pain?

It is possible part of a toe nail is still presenting irritation to the soft tissue. I would see a podiatrist and have it taken care of properly .
