Difficult to cure: With treatment that includes chemotherapy it may respond to complete remission. We have had good responses to various combination meds. A medical oncologist should be able to go through your findings with you and explain an approach to treatment. I would not favor surgery or radiation as initial treatment with findings of spread to lungs but it may need confirmation.
