Isolate: She is infectious for chicken pox until the lesions have scabbed over. Be well.

Shingles: The precautions for shingles would be contact precautions until the last vesicle has broken and healed over. In this case it does depend somewhat on where the shingles is located. If on exposed skin, then a higher level of care would be needed than if it is concealed under clothing.
