Hand tremor: may have nothing to do with trigeminal neuralgia, shingle or Parkinson's disease. (There are many causes for a hand tremor) The best approach to sorting this all out is to consult with a /your neurologist. Hopefully the medication you are taking for the shingles and the trigeminal neuralgia are not contributing to or causing your tremor. If you have a specific question we can gladly address this
