No: You should be protected. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Probably not: Shingles does involve the chickenpox virus but is not as contagious. Only the debris from the sores contain any infectious particles, so simply avoiding this debris & practicing good hand washing would limit risk. You are listed at an age where you may have only received one dose of the vaccine which protects at least 85% of people. They later gave 2 doses at least a month apart, covering 95%.
